Kids go to Camp

I have taken a few days away from the blog due to work and family time constraints.

This week the boys are attending our local Camp Invention.   I honestly can’t even say how much they and I are enjoying the whole experience.  The boys come home excited and full of ideas each evening, and last night they stayed up late working on a vehicle build together 🙂

Each day when I pick them up we go for a ice cream or soda and discuss what they did and how they got through challenges.  The tell me about what they have worked on in the 4 modules they participate in. ( more info on each here )

Please take a look and remember that camp, a camp of any kind is a wonderful life experience for any child 🙂   I loved attending 4-H, Farmer’s Union and other camps growing up!   And did you know that there are plenty of adult summer camps too!? but that is for another post 🙂
